NAME: Emma Jarman
WHAT DO YOU DO: Communications Manager
SOCIALS: @embambam
LIVING: Paddington, Sydney
SLEEP
PARIS: The only way to be revived from the high Parisian temperatures in summer is to stay at Hotel Molitor. Built around Paris’ most iconic pool in the 1920’s by two Olympic swimmers, it’s been a centre place for water culture in the city; the first bikini was unveiled here in 1946.

EAT
PARIS: Hôtel Grand Amour in the 10th comes alive at dinner time. In the spirit of a true Parisian brasserie, they serve the iconic French dishes. It never finishes there, Petite Amour across the road will have you boogying all night.

The cheeky interiors, branding and artworks by André Saraiva will have you looking twice – make sure you take some matches for the road.

BARCELONA: Bar Brutal is a natural wine and tapas bar located near the Picasso Museum. The 700 wine list and fresh Spanish tapas is like a kiss to the taste buds – but don’t let the tasting notes scare you, this is the time to explore the funkiest of wines.

DO
BARCELONA: Museum de Picasso, they have one of the largest collections of Picasso’s work. The Casa de Picasso (Picasso’s Kitchen) exhibition will have you salivating over his sardine ceramics and larger than life paintings.

The famous Casa Battló by Gaudi will take you on an underwater journey through his most original and dreamlike architectural masterpiece. He designed absolutely everything in the house from the brass doorknobs to the turtle shell inspired skylights and the shining ceramic façade. The sheer amount of genius will leave you feeling a little high.

PARIS: A few hundred kilometers outside of Paris you enter the world of Champagne, more specifically, Dom Pérignon. Here you’ll find 30km’s worth of underground cellars where Moet Hennessey’s grapes develop into their plentitudes.
