Our absolute favorite place in the world is Masseria Moroseta in Puglia, in Ostuni Italy.
It was also the backdrop for our recent linen collection ‘Apulian Summer’. Carlo has created the most dreamy (6 bedroom) home away from home environment amongst 5 hectares of olive groves. Giorgia the head chef there, has the most incredible palette and makes food better than you have tasted anywhere in the world.
The warmth of their hospitality is like nowhere else we’ve experienced. To be honest, it is the type of place you don’t want to leave. It is so relaxing to lay by the pool and read a book after a rolling breakfast, and then come together with like-minded people for an aperitivo and family-style dinner by Giorgia in the evenings.
There is also a lot of great things to see and do in nearby white villages Ostuni, Lecce and Polignano a Mare.
EAT
Breakfast and dinner at Masseria Moroseta is the best (you need to be a guest there).

The farmers market every Saturday morning in Ostuni.
DO
Wander around the white city – Ostuni. The cobbled streets are filled with hidden wine bars and trattorias.
Go for a swim at Lido Punta Della Suina followed by a spritz as you lie on your beach chair and soak up the sun.
Enjoy a simple and delicious seafood lunch at Lido Stella (followed by a swim at the little beach there).
Puglia is such a large region to explore, we loved driving to Matera, and staying in the world heritage listed ancient caves of Sextantio Le Grotte Della Civita.
It is a truly magical, once in a lifetime experience to sleep within the enchanted and well preserved Sassi Quarters.
SHOP
Ostuni/Lecce Ijo which has a combination of fashion, craftsmanship and design that follow fair and sustainable values. The linen pieces are made on century-old, olive-wooden hand looms. We are lucky to stock some of their linen napkins.
The flea markets at Martina Franca have an endless supply of antique furniture, kitchen wares and vintage leather bags. You will lose hours perusing through all the treasures.
We love the selection of olive oil products available at Masseria Moroseta which includes delicious olive oils, hand, body and hair care made from the olives harvested from their olive groves.
