SONEVA JANI ANNOUNCES THEIR NEW RESTAURANT

I’m going to keep this one brief because once you see these pictures, you’re not going to be doing a lot of reading. Soneva Jani (the luxurious Maldivian resort) has collaborated with Michelin star Swedish chef, Mathias Dahlgren for their latest restaurant; Overseas by Mathias Dahlgren.

The brainchild of Mathias Dahlgren will feature locally grown and caught ingredients, focusing on pescatarian, vegetarian and plant-based dishes, serving a selection of single plates, sharing plates and signatures mains.

If that wasn’t enough the al fresco restaurant and kitchen will have a laid-back atmosphere with break-taking overwater views towards the horizon, open for lunch and dinner.

Maldives, Michelin stars and magnificent views. As soon as I can leave the country I’m there!
